Dubai launches a new center offering 54 residential services to citizens
Located in Avenue Mall in Nad Al Sheba, the 'Dubai Integrated Housing Center' aims to improve citizen services and is scheduled to open to the public in February.
Dubai Integrated Housing Center Unveiled for Comprehensive Residential Services
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, inaugurated the center under the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. This initiative is part of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, focusing on family welfare.
Comprehensive Support for Home Building
The center, offering 54 residential services from four government departments and two private sector partners, is designed to provide citizens with comprehensive support throughout the home-building process. It includes consultancy for design selection, cost-saving guidance, and assistance with financing through collaboration with banks.
Transforming the Home-Building Experience
Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the transformative goal of making the home-building experience less challenging, especially for young individuals. The center aligns with Dubai Social Agenda 33's target of ensuring land provision and residential loans to new Emirati families within a year of application.
Diverse Services Catering to Citizen Needs
The Dubai Integrated Housing Center addresses various needs of citizens, with a focus on housing, construction, and land services, including the selection and allocation of residential lands. Government entities involved in offering services through the center include the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Land. Additionally, private partners such as Emirates Islamic Bank and Sobha Realty contribute to the array of services.
Commitment to Stable Families
Sheikh Hamdan expressed his commitment to launching new projects in subsequent phases, reflecting his dedication to fostering stable families and ensuring a high quality of life for citizens. This initiative aligns with the broader vision set by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to uplift housing standards, healthcare, and the overall quality of life for citizens, as outlined in the Dubai Social Agenda 33 launched earlier this January.
