UAE unveils the number of golden visas granted in 2023
In 2023, the General Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai will be headed by Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, who provided encouraging data on the issuing of golden residency cards.
With 158,000 residency cards issued throughout the year, the department claimed a notable rise. This number shows a significant increase over the 47,150 permits issued in 2021 and the 79,617 permits issued in 2022, suggesting a doubling of numbers in just one year.
