UAE Launches New City Check-in Service for Abu Dhabi Passengers
Yas Mall has introduced a novel airport check-in service tailored for travelers departing from the Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi.
This service is exclusively available for passengers flying with Etihad Airways and Air Arabia, offering them added convenience and flexibility. Located at the Fountains within Yas Mall, the check-in facility is strategically situated near various dining options and popular attractions like Ferrari World Yas Island and Clymb Yas Island. This positioning enhances the overall travel experience for passengers, providing them with the opportunity to conveniently complete their check-in process while enjoying the amenities and entertainment options available at the mall.
Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi, CEO of Miral, emphasized the significance of this initiative in elevating Yas Island's status as a premier global destination for leisure and entertainment. By offering such innovative services, Yas Mall aims to contribute to making Abu Dhabi a top tourism hub, attracting visitors from around the world. The introduction of this remote check-in service at Yas Mall is part of a concerted effort to ensure a seamless and memorable travel experience for passengers departing from Abu Dhabi. By partnering with key stakeholders such as Miral, the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) in Abu Dhabi, and OACIS Middle East, Abu Dhabi Airports aims to provide passengers with added convenience and peace of mind.
This collaborative effort follows the recent launch of Terminal A at the Zayed International Airport, which has significantly enhanced the airport's capacity to handle passengers and provide world-class facilities. Titten Yohannan, the Chairman and CEO of OACIS Middle East, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration's potential to enhance travel flexibility, safety, and the overall passenger experience.
