The campaign's goal is to create an endowment fund that will support the provision of sustainable education opportunities globally. This initiative aims to allow people to make donations to the "Mother's Endowment" in honor of their moms while also assisting with education and skill development in underprivileged communities. It is run by the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation.

The overarching goal of the campaign is to enhance educational access and quality across academic, professional, and vocational levels while promoting values such as filial piety, compassion, and solidarity within society. Emphasis is placed on recognizing the pivotal role of mothers in fostering a supportive family environment conducive to children's education. Additionally, the campaign aims to bolster the UAE's reputation in charitable and humanitarian endeavors.

To facilitate contributions, the "Mother's Endowment" campaign has established multiple channels, including a dedicated website (Mothersfund.ae). The campaign also offers a direct bank transfer option for those wishing to contribute to the charitable initiative. Individuals can transfer their donation amount to the campaign's designated account at the Emirates Islamic Bank using the provided account number, "AE 790340003708472909201."

Additionally, it facilitates one-time donations via SMS. Donors can simply send the words "Mom" or "Mother" in English as a text message to specified numbers on the "Du" and "Etisalat by e&" networks in the Emirates. For instance, sending "Mom" or "Mother" to 1034 will donate 10 dirhams, while texting the same to 1035, 1036, or 1038 will respectively donate 50, 100, or 500 dirhams. In addition to the "Dubai Now" application and the "Jood" platform for community contributions, These avenues enable individuals, institutions, and businesses to support the campaign's objectives by donating funds to advance education in needy communities.
Furthermore, the campaign encourages the creation of mini-campaigns through the "Joud" platform, inviting various entities from the public and private sectors, as well as cultural, sports, and artistic groups, to mobilize their networks for fundraising efforts.

The "Mother's Endowment" campaign builds upon the success of previous charitable initiatives launched during Ramadan, garnering significant engagement from the UAE community and surpassing its goals. Proceeds from the endowment are dedicated to supporting education initiatives worldwide, empowering individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills for self-sufficiency and meaningful participation in the labor market, thereby contributing to personal and societal development.
