This project, which was started during Ramadan by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai, intends to build a campus that can house more than 5,000 children from kindergarten through Grade 12, with an emphasis on learning activities in honor of mothers. This contribution is among the biggest made to the campaign in the United Arab Emirates.

Azizi Developments also showed its dedication to philanthropy last year when it contributed Dh100 million to the 1 Billion Meals program, which aims to end world poverty and malnutrition. The plans for the donation were presented to Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Mohammed Al Gergawi, Secretary General of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), by Mirwais Azizi, the founder and chairman of Azizi Group, and his son Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments.

Encompassing 800,000 square feet, the projected educational complex is planned to house over 5,000 students and offer an extensive array of amenities and services. A computerized library, media interaction hubs, rooftop hydroponic vegetable gardens, food technology labs, 3D printing facilities, rooftop athletic facilities, a central learning street to promote student-teacher interactions, and entrepreneurship education centers are some of these.

In addition, the campus will place a high priority on sustainability, implementing strategies like water recycling systems and photovoltaic panels to obtain LEED Gold or Sa'fat Gold certification for green buildings. Furthermore, a 30,000-square-foot shop area is set to be constructed next to the school property in order to guarantee its financial viability.

Mirwais Azizi expressed his gratitude towards Dubai's leadership and highlighted the company's commitment to contributing to charitable initiatives that align with the city's philanthropic ethos. Apart from this initiative, Azizi Developments is also involved in several other charitable projects, including the construction of a cancer center, a hospital, a dialysis center, and the largest orphanage in Afghanistan. Moreover, the company is embarking on ambitious real estate projects in Dubai, including the construction of what is projected to be the second-tallest tower in the city along Sheikh Zayed Road, slated for completion by 2028.
