Highlighting the profound relationship between the UAE and India, Sivan emphasised its foundation on shared cultural values, diversity, and tolerance, extending beyond commercial exchanges.

The festival promises a vibrant three-day programme along the Dubai Creek, featuring collaborative artistic endeavours by talents from India and the UAE. Esteemed personalities, including academic and writer Purushottam Agarwal, vocalist Malini Awasthi, and the legendary band Indian Ocean, among others, will grace the event.
