Dubai International Boat Show 2024 announces 46 launches, 400 new brands, and superyachts

In 2024, from February 28th to March 3rd, the world-famous Dubai Harbour area will play host to the 30th edition of the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS), the region's preeminent marine and leisure event.

The exhibition will include 200 boats and over a thousand brands from well-known shipyards like Gulf Craft, Sunseeker Gulf, and Azimut, showcasing the most recent advancements in the marine industry.

The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), which is hosting the event, will feature 46 boat launches, three of which will be IMG Boats' international debuts as well as other regional debuts. Secretary General Saeed Mohammed Hareb of the Dubai Sports Council emphasized the show's function in bringing together the international marine sector and boosting yachting tourism.

Austria, South Korea, Sweden, and Finland are among the debut nations among the 55 countries that will be hosting exhibitors at the 30th DIBS. In light of the Middle East's rising profile in the luxury yacht industry, the event will include prominent superyacht builders and encourage participation from the world's best shipyards.

With the region's High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) population expected to increase significantly by 2026, the show aims to drive sales in the regional and international yachting industry. Additionally, 400 new companies and brands will join legacy exhibitors, showcasing the latest marine products and services.

The 2024 edition will also highlight sustainability efforts, including the Dubai Reef project, aimed at accelerating the emirate's maritime sector while contributing to its sustainability goals. The annual Boat Show Leisure Yachting Conference will precede the event, bringing industry leaders together to discuss innovation, regulation, and sustainability.

The landmark 30th edition promises to offer industry professionals and enthusiasts a platform to explore cutting-edge trends and innovations in the maritime world.

Moreover, the Dubai International Boat Show 2024 is set to be a milestone event, showcasing the latest advancements in the marine industry while promoting collaboration and sustainability in the sector.
